I couldnt agree more, his lyrics are so expansive and they can really take you away. I’ve got some of his lyrics tattooed to my ribs actually. Ah that makes me really happy, I cant believe you can actually quote the lyrics. So tell me a bit about yourself please, do you study or anything at the moment, do you play an instrument or anything?
Things are really starting to go my way. My head has been a place a focus and positivity the last few weeks and it is really paying off. This new job is piss easy, I cant wait for Thursday (pay day) because its going to be the first time in six months my bank account will actually have money in it. I’ve been songwriting heaps, and I have been thinking of some solo stuff or even a side band project. One of the songs I really didn’t think the other boys in the band would like really loved the latest song I wrote, which was genuinely surprising.
Our bass player problem is still a bit of a worry, our current bass player just got out of hospital and cannot play with us for a while, and we have a gig this thursday. We’ve been jamming with my best mate Kyle for bass and he seems to fit in really well, and I couldnt think of anything better than jamming alongside one of my best friends. Kyles gonna wing it for this gig, but im feeling really excited and optimistic about the situation. I get the feeling this situation was put in front of me for a reason. Maybe its the time to finally change our continuous problem causing bass player and our sound a little bit. Also my leadership role in the band is peacefully switching back to me.
